TheRole Third isnowhiringaDirectorofClientSuccesstoscaleourclientpartnershipsacrossbrandandretailaccounts.Inthisroleyouwillberesponsiblefordefiningandexecutingtheoverarchingclientsuccessstrategy,ensuringourpartnersachievemeaningfulbusinessresultsthroughlivestreamandsocialcommerce. Keyresponsibilitiesinclude: ClientSuccessStrategy :Support Third's clientsuccessvisionandstrategy:driveengagement,retention,andrevenuegrowthacrossbrandandretailpartnerships.Recommendscalableprocessestosupportlong-termsuccess. EnterpriseRelationshipOwnership :Seniorpointofcontactforenterprisepartners,ensuringalignmentbetweenclientobjectivesand Third's platformcapabilities. RevenueGrowth&Expansion :Identifyanddriveupsellandexpansionopportunitiesacrossexistingaccounts.PartnercloselywithSalestosupportrenewals,retentionforecasting,andaccountgrowthstrategy. Performance&Insights: Overseecampaignperformanceanalysisandreporting;ensureclientsreceiveclear,actionableinsights.Elevatereportingstandardsandleveragedatatoinformstrategyandmitigatechurnrisk. Cross-FunctionalCollaboration :PartnerwithProduct,Production,Commerce,Marketing,andOperationstoadvocateforclientneeds,influenceroadmappriorities,andimprovetheclientexperience. OperationalExcellence: Bringrecommendationstohelprefinescalableonboarding,successplanning,andhealthscoringprocessestosupport Third's growth.Implementbestpracticesforlifecyclemanagementinafast-scalingenvironment. WhatWe'ReLookingFor BasicQualifications Bachelor'sdegreeorequivalentexperienceinClientSuccess,AccountManagement,DigitalMedia,E-commerce,orrelatedfields. 8+yearsofexperienceinclientsuccess,accountmanagement,orarelatedcustomer-facingrole,ideallywithindigitalmedia,SaaS,orsocialcommerce. 3-5+yearsofexperienceonhigh-performingclientsuccessteams. Proventrackrecordofmanagingandgrowingenterprise-levelclientrelationships. Stronganalyticalcapabilities,withtheabilitytointerpretperformancedataandtranslateinsightsintoactionablestrategy. Excellentcommunicationandexecutivepresentationskills. Experienceworkingcross-functionallyinafast-paced,high-growthenvironment. Deepunderstandingofthecreatoreconomy,livestreamcommerce,anddigitalmarketingtrends. NicetoHaves Experienceworkingatahigh-growthstartup. PreviousexperiencewithTikTokShoporlivestreamcommerceplatforms.
