First Time travelers: Screen to client for review Experience: Overall 2 years of acute care nursing exp, with atleast 1 year of PCU experience Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics Patient Diagnoses: Primarily care for newly diagnosed acute leukemia patients Staffing Ratios: Goal is 1:4, but can be 1:5 Weekends: Variable based on unit needs If you accept a 12D/N rotating contract, you may be scheduled for days, nights, or a combination of both, depending on the department s needs. Shift assignments are reviewed every 4-week scheduling period, but changes are not guaranteed and are based on staffing priorities at that time.
