Accounts Payable Administrator Assistant

Job Summary:
This position requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, communication within the
department and with the vendors, and time management. Must be able to work alone or with a
team.
Job Duties:
- Printing 300+ invoices daily
- Sorting invoices by stock and dropship
- Verifying that dropship invoices comply with Orgill's processes and patching them for AnyDoc in a timely manner
- Collecting the daily mail from the mailroom, sorting it, and distributing it to the specialists
- Forwarding emails containing research questions and statements to the correct supervisor or research email
- Backup for AnyDoc desk
- Verify edits from drop ship report
- Assist with verifying stock batches if needed
- Backup for Stock Keyers if needed
- Other duties as needed.
