Overview Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) delivers high‑impact, technical solutions to complex national security issues. The Joint, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Interagency Division provides expert support services to a range of customers spanning across the Department of Defense, Federal Civilian, and international markets. JOID offers a diverse portfolio of analytical and programmatic capabilities to help customers make informed decisions on challenging issues. The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) within JOID provides analytical, technical, and program support to promote, grow, and protect the U.S. industrial base. ISAG’s work spans the Department of Defense, Department of Commerce, and other agencies to deliver decision support to national security leaders, enabling policy decisions and monitoring implementation effectiveness. We have an upcoming need for a Sr. Program Manager to provide onsite support out of the Pentagon. Responsibilities The Program Manager will oversee personnel management, interface with government personnel to ensure the quality of SPA’s support (including at the flag officer and Senior Executive Service level), manage contracts, and control the quality of deliverables produced by SPA and its subcontractors. As the primary relationship manager with SPA clients, the Program Manager must leverage deep knowledge of OSW and SPA processes to anticipate client needs, deliver impactful solutions, and coordinate with SPA corporate functions to ensure timely support. Qualifications Required: Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field of study 7+ years of project/program management experience handling DoW or other Federal clients Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute or a DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management Active TS/SCI clearance Desired: 5+ years of experience managing complex, high-dollar value contracts within the DoW or Federal government Compensation and Benefits SPA offers a robust total compensation package that includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
