Production Associate II - 1st Shift - $22.65/hr.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with overtime as needed by the business.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare, assemble, rework, test, inspect, and verify electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Follow work instructions, testing procedures, and manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Maintain responsibility for quality standards and accurate completion of production and documentation requirements.
• Utilize computers and electronic systems to record production data, monitor processes, and access documentation.
• Operate manufacturing equipment, perform work center setup and cleanup activities, and maintain organized workspaces using 6S principles.
• Handle, transport, store, and inspect components and finished goods while supporting inventory and material flow requirements.
• Meet production schedules, build rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs) while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Package products for shipment and support training and certification of team members as directed by leadership.

What You Need:

Preferred:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Manufacturing experience
• Medical device experience

$22.65/hr. plus bonus eligible and benefits.
