Available Shifts

Opening 1: 1st Shift Pharmacy Technician

• Weekday hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM or 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Every other weekend: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Rotating schedule; workdays may change every two weeks
• Must be available to work any day of the week based on scheduling needs
• Must be available to work two holidays per year

Opening 2: 2nd Shift Pharmacy Technician

• Shift options: 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Additional $1.00 per hour shift differential
• Rotating schedule; workdays may change every two weeks
• Must be available to work any day of the week based on scheduling needs
• Must be available to work two holidays per year

What You’ll Do

• Fill and prepare prescriptions under the direct supervision of a Registered Pharmacist.
• Assist with medication preparation, prepackaging, packaging, and dispensing workflows.
• Prepare prescriptions for final pharmacist review and package medications following pharmacist approval.
• Help ensure medications are prepared accurately and ready for timely delivery to long-term care facilities.
• Receive, organize, and replenish medications and pharmacy supplies.
• Track inventory, lot numbers, and expiration dates.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
• Follow pharmacy procedures, quality standards, and applicable safety and regulatory requirements.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate?

• Previous Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
• Experience in retail, long-term care, institutional, or closed-door pharmacy settings is a plus.
• Familiarity with prescription processing, medication packaging, or pharmacy inventory is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication accuracy.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work under pharmacist supervision.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work rotating schedules, weekends, and required holidays.
