Event & Experiential Marketing Manager

Our health insurance client is seeking an Event Manager for a long-term contract. This person will be responsible for the end-to-end management and execution of various corporate events, serving as a strategic planner who can manage vendor relationships, oversee budgets, and deliver seamless event experiences from concept to post-event evaluation. Hybrid role: requires 2+ days onsite, with additional in-office presence during event weeks. The company is located south of Boston. The ideal candidate is available to start immediately to support upcoming events and ramp for major programming in September. We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and dynamic Event & Experiential Marketing Manager with a passion for creating exceptional event experiences. This individual will bring a blend of strategic thinking, project management expertise, and creative execution, supporting a wide range of corporate events and experiential programs from concept through delivery. Key Responsibilities Lead and support the planning and execution of corporate events, experiential programs, hospitality activations, and tradeshows of varying size and complexity. Partner with senior leadership (Experiential Producer/Event Leads) to manage projects from concept through execution, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables. Translate overarching event strategies provided by the Director into clear, compelling presentation decks for executive review and alignment. Develop and maintain detailed event plans, production schedules, timelines, and approval workflows using tools like Workfront. Coordinate cross‑functional efforts across internal teams (design, content, marketing) and external vendors, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs. Interface directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and support the development of event content and experiences. Manage end‑to‑end event logistics, including vendor sourcing, coordination, and onsite execution support. Oversee in‑market events, executive experiences, and large‑scale, multi‑day programs, ensuring seamless delivery and high‑quality attendee experiences. Own and track event and production budgets, including forecasting, reporting, and reconciliation. Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all event‑related deliverables and communications. Support additional initiatives including company swag, employee experiences, tickets, and event-related materials. Identify risks proactively and ensure smooth execution in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Analyze post‑event data to create comprehensive recap reports and present ROI and key learnings to leaders. Qualifications 4–10 years of experience in event management, experiential marketing, or project management. Proven experience executing corporate events, conferences, hospitality programs, and/or tradeshow events. Strong expertise in project management, budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management. Experience working with project management platforms (Workfront preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for budget tracking and reporting, and PowerPoint or Keynote for executive presentations). Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), event platforms (e.g., Cvent), and virtual event tools.
