About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Creative Director with a focus on events and experiential marketing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creative vision and direction of high-impact, event-driven experiences for major global brands. This includes shaping the concept behind large conferences, immersive brand moments, and multi-channel storytelling. The role demands a leader who can elevate ideas, guide clients with confidence, and deliver creative that not only meets artistic standards but also drives business outcomes. Key responsibilities for the role include managing a creative team, fostering growth and collaboration, and partnering with cross-disciplinary teams to bring integrated ideas to life. The ideal candidate will have a deep background in experiential marketing, a strong portfolio of event-centric work, and the ability to inspire teams through both vision and example. Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in creative leadership within experiential, events, or integrated marketing. A strong portfolio demonstrating innovative event concepts and immersive environments is essential. The VP, Creative Director will also be involved in business development, trend exploration, and pushing innovation through advanced production methods and modern storytelling techniques.
