About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Demand Generation to play a pivotal role in defining and leading the global demand generation strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting clear priorities, aligning marketing with revenue goals, and serving as a strategic partner to the executive team. This role requires a leader with a modern, data-driven approach to empower a high-performing marketing team and drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth. The VP will also be tasked with ensuring strong alignment between global strategy and market execution, particularly in the U.S., and will be expected to have a strong analytical orientation with a deep understanding of attribution, funnel metrics, and ROI. Candidates for the VP of Demand Generation position at the company should have 8-10 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation leadership. A proven track record in driving pipeline and revenue growth, particularly in mid-market and enterprise segments, is essential. The role demands a leader with executive presence, the ability to operate as a trusted partner to the CEO, and experience in HRTech, Future of Work, or selling to HR/People leaders is a strong plus.
