About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Creative Director, Experiential to join their team. The successful candidate will be the visionary creative lead and strategic partner for the agency's events and experiences campaigns. This role involves leading the conceptualization of brand identities and big idea platforms that connect complex data with impactful storytelling, driving creative strategy, and ensuring the brand's narrative is integrated across all channels. The VP, Creative Director will also be responsible for defining the strategic direction of the business, overseeing the evolution of the brand voice, and fostering a high-performing creative culture within the agency. Applicants must have 8-10 years' of experience in advertising, with a strong background in senior creative leadership, and an extensive portfolio of award-winning work. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, along with a demonstrated experience with emerging AI technology. The role demands exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to manage large teams and complex accounts. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing high-level creative vision with the operational demands of a fast-paced agency environment and will be a champion of innovation, identifying and integrating emerging trends in marketing.
