About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP, Creative with a B2B focus to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a strategic visionary, adept at the intersection of brand narrative, physical experience, and technical innovation. This role demands a leader who is passionate about the creative process, from the initial concept to the final execution, and who can spearhead high-impact, immersive brand journeys that resonate with global audiences. The VP, Creative will be responsible for setting the creative standard, ensuring that all output is in line with the client's brand strategy, and driving forward-thinking innovation, particularly in the realm of experiential marketing and live events. Applicants must have 8-12 years' of progressive creative experience, with a strong background in experiential marketing, live events, or traditional advertising. The role requires a candidate with a diverse portfolio that demonstrates high-level conceptual thinking and the ability to tell compelling stories across various channels. Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to engage with executive-level client teams are essential. The ideal candidate will have a low-ego, high-impact mindset, and be adept at navigating fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders. Experience at the Creative Director level or above is a must, as is a proven track record in growth and business development, including the ability to contribute to high-stakes pitches and win new business.
