Member Services Representative

Job Summary

As a Member Services Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for members and will support inquiries related to programs, services, account information, applications, and documentation. Full-time, onsite temp-to-hire opportunity in Aiken, SC.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist members with questions regarding programs, services, account details, applications, and available resources.
- Review forms, applications, and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
- Enter, update, and maintain member information in company systems with strong attention to detail.
- Process member requests, update records, and follow established policies and procedures.
- Explain service options, requirements, and procedures clearly and professionally.
- Resolve member concerns while maintaining confidentiality and delivering a positive customer experience.

Compensation
- Pay: $15.00 per hour, final and non-negotiable.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Work location: On site in Aiken, SC.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or office experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, office systems, and data entry platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment.
- Professional, friendly, dependable, and service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy.
