Financial Reporting Manager

To support the financial reporting and analysis functions, the full-time remote Financial Reporting Manager will manage and develop the Financial Analyst team, oversee reporting deliverables, and enhance analytic tools to provide firmwide financial insights. Key responsibilities Directly manage and develop the Financial Analysts, overseeing workload prioritization and professional development Assist in firmwide financial and statistical reporting, including leadership reports and Executive Board materials Maintain and enhance reporting dashboards and ensure data accuracy across systems Required qualifications 4-year degree in Finance or related field; industry certifications preferred 5 years of managerial experience leading a team, preferably within a law firm Proficiency in data extraction and system management within enterprise data warehouse environments (ETL) SQL proficiency and advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Working knowledge of Power BI; familiarity with SSRS preferred
