Trade Compliance SpecialistThe Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for day-to-day management of import and export shipments. Scope of work includes maintaining product classification to ensure full trade compliance and timely customs clearance, management of transportation-related import and export documentation, and staying up to date with trade regulations, tariffs, and sanctions. This role supports import and export compliance for shipments into and out of both the United States and Mexico, and works closely with internal teams, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant cross-border transactions.**Required Qualifications:**3+ years of customs or trade compliance experienceBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)Proficiency in HTS classification, country of origin determination, and valuationExperience with USMCA and Free Trade AgreementsKnowledge of U.S. and Mexico customs documentation and compliance requirementsDemonstrated ability to manage import/export documentation and maintain compliance records**Preferred Qualifications:**Customs broker licenseBilingual English/Spanish proficiencyExperience with ACE Portal reporting and entry summary auditsFamiliarity with Mexico customs documentation (Pedimentos) and IMMEX/maquiladora processesExperience with duty drawback claims and audit preparation**Core Competencies:**Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesMeticulous attention to detail with a compliance-first mindsetEffective time management and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively across multiple departments and external stakeholdersProcess improvement orientation and audit readinessThe expected salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000.
