About the Role As a Sales Associate, also known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage customers, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry‑level retail role offers flexibility, training, and room to grow. Compensation Rate STARTING RATE: $14.00 HOURLY PAY RANGE: $14.00 – $14.85 Benefits Competitive pay with regular raises. What You Will Do Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized product advice and ensure they leave satisfied. Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to store and individual sales targets. Store Operations: Maintain displays, restock shelves, and manage merchandise; lifts up to 50 pounds and stays on feet most of the shift. Cashier Duties: Accurately process payments and provide a positive checkout experience. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share insights with customers. Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards. What We Need From You Eager to deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level retail role. Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals. Reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities. Able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Excited to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and urgency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential. Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
