We’re looking for a superstar Client Service Representative to join our growing team!

What You’ll Do:

• Be the friendly first point of contact for our clients (phone, email, and in-person)
• Answer phones and schedule appointments with a smile
• Help pet parents with questions, check-ins, and check-outs
• Support our veterinary team with administrative tasks
• Multitask like a pro while keeping things running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• A  positive, upbeat attitude (this is non-negotiable — we want someone who lights up the room!)
• Strong  team player who jumps in and helps wherever needed
• Excellent  multitasking and  problem-solving skills
• Experience in customer service, veterinary, or medical reception is a big plus — but the right personality matters more!
• Must love dogs, cats and helping people
