The preferred location is our Orlando, FL office but could be located in Plano, TX or Hudson, NH. We offer a 9/80 work schedule and foster a professional, high-energy culture where employees are empowered to succeed.We are seeking a results-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategy across multiple channels. This role is responsible for driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting revenue growth through the management of tradeshows, digital marketing, social media, advertising, website optimization, and other key marketing initiatives.The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on—capable of planning campaigns while also executing day-to-day marketing activities.Digital Marketing & Social MediaDevelop and implement social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)Create and manage engaging content calendars aligned with brand messagingMonitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and build online community presenceAnalyze performance metrics and optimize campaigns for growth and engagementAdvertising & Campaign ManagementPlan and execute paid advertising campaigns (digital, print, and industry publications)Manage budgets and optimize campaigns for ROI (Google Ads, social ads, etc.)Coordinate with external agencies and media partners as neededTrack campaign performance and provide actionable insightsWebsite Management & ContentOversee company website, ensuring content is current, optimized, and user-friendlyCollaborate with internal teams or vendors on SEO, UX, and website enhancementsDevelop landing pages and conversion-focused contentMonitor website analytics and continuously improve traffic and engagementBrand & Content DevelopmentMaintain consistent brand messaging across all marketing channelsDevelop marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and case studiesSupport product launches and promotional initiativesCreate compelling content (blogs, email campaigns, newsletters)Marketing Strategy & AnalyticsDevelop and execute integrated marketing plans aligned with business goalsWork closely with Sales and BD leadership to drive lead generation and pipeline growthTrack KPIs and marketing performance metricsProvide regular reporting and strategic recommendationsTradeshow & Event MarketingPlan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of tradeshows and industry eventsManage booth design, logistics, vendor relationships, and promotional materialsCollaborate with sales teams to maximize event ROI and lead captureDevelop pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing campaignsTrack and report on event performance and lead conversionBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field5+ years of marketing experience (B2B and defense / security experience preferred)Proven experience managing tradeshows and eventsStrong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and paid advertisingExperience with marketing tools (CRM, marketing automation, analytics platforms)Knowledge, ability and skills:Excellent project management and organizational skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work with internal stakeholders and external resources at a professional level that builds mutual respect and confidenceAble to work independently with little to no supervisionDemonstrate attention to detailManages time well and meets deadlinesWork well with others as a team and in a group setting to solve problemsAble to utilize the following computer applications: CRM (Salesforce), Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word and OutlookMust be able to read, write, and speak fluently in EnglishTravel domestically up to 10% of work timeOccasionally required walk, stand, use hands/fingers to handle and feel, and reachRegularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 poundsOccasionally required to lift and/or move up to 50 poundsSpecific vision ability required by this job includes close vision and color vision #J-18808-Ljbffr
