Check us out at Full-time position in the Sales Office; Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm Hourly Rate $16 -$17 per hour Duties And Responsibilities Assists the Community General Manager/Community Manager with administrative and customer service duties on a daily basis. Always provides top-notch customer service. Assists residents and other guests as they enter the Clubhouse, Sales Office, or other common community areas. Performs administrative duties including but not limited to: email correspondence with residents and prospective residents, answering and returning phone calls, and ensuring office organization and supply needs are maintained. Handles mail and package deliveries. Create an inviting office environment by maintaining the office's cleanliness, making coffee for guests, and always greeting the guest with a smile. Assists with the planning and hosting of community events, including parties, fundraisers, and pool operation. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Strong organizational skills Ability to communicate effectively with others verbally, in writing, and in person Excellent time management skills Excellent customer service skills; able to connect with others and build relationships.
