 Lincoln Hospital (LH) is a full-service healthcare system that includes a hospital with two campuses: Lincoln Hospital – Miles Campus in Damariscotta and Lincoln Hospital – St. Andrews Campus in Boothbay Harbor, as well as two long-term care facilities, retirement communities in both Boothbay Harbor and Damariscotta, a 40-member multi-specialty physician practice. Lincoln Hospital is seeking a full-time Cook to join their team!

Summary: This position consists of 40 hours per week, day shifts.
The Cook role is responsible for preparation of foods for patients, guests, residents, and employees. Assures the facility's cleanliness, sanitation, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

1. Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
2. License/Certifications: Food safety certification required (e.g., ServSafe) and must be obtained within 3 months of hire.
3. Experience: One year of relevant food production experience required. One year of specialized culinary training or institutional/retail cooking experience preferred.

The base range is an estimate and does not reflect the full value of our total compensation package.

The pay range for this position is $20.68 to $25.10 per hour.

Compensation for part-time positions is determined on a prorated basis consistent with the scheduled hours and applicable full-time equivalent (FTE).
