We are hiring for two shifts: Day & Swing We are only hiring for full-time work - 40/hr week or more, overtime is available. Hourly salary range: $20.25 - $26.04/hr

• As of 8/1/2026 there will be a pre-negotiated 3.25% cost of living increase, per the union contract, the starting hourly wage will increase to $20.91/hr .
• * Wages are DOE, subject to a variety of factors including but not limited to: Union Contract wage scale, prior relevant experience, skilled experience and/or certifications in specific areas of skilled manufacturing. Wage advancement and opportunity are outlined in the CBA.

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for this position and be able to perform the following essential tasks continuously, for an 8-hour shift. Stand at workstation for entire shift Hold 20LB casting against grinding belt without support Lift up to 50LBS Push castings into saw blade with 40LBS of force Straighten castings with a hammer Work in cold winter and hot summer conditions Benefits (eligibility period applies) Health Vision PTO accrual / Paid Sick leave 8 - Paid holidays 100% Employer sponsored Pension Quarterly bonus Company sponsored employee appreciation events/lunches Employment is contingent on passing a post-offer, pre-employment drug screen within 24 hours of job acceptance.
