Ling and Louie's Asian Bar and Grill Boise Riverside is looking for Line Cooks to join our team at our new location in Boise, ID!

Sizzle and saut your way into a fun and fast-paced new career! We're in search of line/prep/wok cooks (aka: wokstars)! Line cook duties will consist of assisting the executive chef with their daily tasks such as:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, and preparing sauces)
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Answer, report, and follow the executive chefs instructions
• Clean up station and take care of leftover food
• Stock inventory appropriately
• Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 40 per week

Shift:

• Mid-Day
• Evening shift
