Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is seeking a reliable Hotel Maintenance Technician to support daily hotel operations through preventative maintenance, timely repairs, and attention to detail. As a member of our engineering team, you will play a vital behind-the-scenes role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. From guest rooms to public spaces and back-of-house areas, your work ensures our hotel remains welcoming, functional, and well-maintained at all times.What Will You Be Doing?In this multi-skilled maintenance role, you will help maintain the hotel's physical assets and respond to maintenance needs across the property:Perform routine preventative maintenance throughout the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and mechanical spacesInspect, maintain, and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systemsRespond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional mannerIdentify potential maintenance issues and recommend proactive solutionsComplete minor repairs such as drywall, painting, fixtures, doors, locks, and furnitureMaintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection documentationEnsure tools, equipment, and work areas are clean, safe, and organizedFollow all safety procedures and support overall engineering operationsWhat Will You Bring to the Role?We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented technician who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
