National Field Service EngineerOne of the global leaders of In Vitro Diagnostics & Lab Technology continues to expand - with a new opening in the Wisconsin market for a National Field Service Engineer.This organization - its people, culture & partners - continues to be one of the premiere long-term career homes for the right individual looking for better.The Field Service Engineer installs, maintains, and repairs complex equipment at customer sites across the United States. This role ensures systems operate at peak performance while delivering exceptional technical support and customer service.Key responsibilities include:Install and commission systems at customer locationsPerform preventative maintenance and troubleshootingDiagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issuesProvide on-site customer training and technical supportDocument service activities and system performanceCollaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve technical issuesTravel:60–80% domestic travel requiredQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field preferred3+ years of field service, technical support, or equipment maintenance experienceStrong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, and software systemsAbility to work independently in customer-facing environmentsPreferred experience:Analytical instruments, laboratory equipment, medical devices, or industrial systemsExperience in regulated or highly technical environmentsReach out to learn more about this opening or others in the Lab Tech & Medical Diagnostics industry!
