Key responsibilities include media relations, content creation, social media management, crisis management, event coordination, analytics, stakeholder communication, and brand advocacy. Requirements and qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, proven experience in public relations, media relations, or similar roles, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, ability to work under pressure and handle crisis situations effectively, strong networking skills, knowledge of the internet service industry, creativity and innovation in developing PR strategies and campaigns, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, excellent organizational and project management skills, ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, and proficiency in PR and analytics software.
