Registered Nurse / Administrative Supervisor - Full Time, Day - Jefferson Bucks

Job Details With a commitment to patient and family centered care, the Administrative Supervisor serves as the hospital operational oversight leader across all shifts in ways that value the uniqueness of each individual and addresses the physiological, emotional, and social needs of the diversity of patients served by Jefferson Health. The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for facilitating patient movement, staffing, emergency management (both medical and facilities), clinical coordination and collaboration across all departments. The Administrative Supervisor plans for, leads, and coordinates the provision of quality care and service from a hospital wide perspective. In the off shifts, the Administrative Supervisor also functions as the liaison for departments that do not have onsite leadership during non-business hours. In collaboration with administrative directors and managers, the Administrative Supervisor provides leadership, consultation and collaboration in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment.
