Store Manager

Job Description Pay Range: $45,000 - $150,000 annually (Salary + Commission Based) As a Store Manager, you will provide direction and leadership; drive sales & profitability; provide exemplary guest service; ensure visual merchandising/presentation and operational standards; recruit, staff, coach, and develop sales associates and store team members; and meet or exceed sales and profitability goals. Job Duties Hiring Training (Computer, Sales System, Product) Setting Metric Standards Customer Relations Overseeing Staffing and controlling OT Reviewing Merchandise Mix, for ultimate sale efficiency Maintaining a Positive Environment Good positive communication Document any and all issues, to better communicate and train.
