We provide personal loans, credit cards and financial wellness tools that help people move toward their goals with greater confidence.About the roleWe’re looking for a Senior Art Director to help develop clear, compelling and customer-focused creative across the OneMain brand.This is a senior, hands-on role for a strong conceptual thinker and visual communicator. You’ll develop creative across the customer journey, from acquisition and originations through servicing and collections, while also contributing to broader brand experiences across digital, print, motion and video.Working closely with creative directors, copywriters, designers, marketers and business stakeholders, you’ll turn business objectives and customer needs into strong creative ideas and polished execution.What you’ll doLead the art direction and visual development of integrated campaigns and customer communications across digital, print, motion and video.Develop strong creative concepts and translate them into cohesive visual systems that work across channels and customer journey stages.Remain hands-on from initial concept and design exploration through final execution and production.Partner with copywriters, designers and creative directors to develop ideas where messaging and design work together.Translate complex business objectives, customer insights and regulated information into clear, compelling creative.Present creative recommendations confidently and articulate the strategic thinking behind the work.Use AI-enabled creative tools and emerging technologies to expand creative exploration, accelerate production and improve ways of working while maintaining strong creative judgment and brand standards.Partner with marketing, product, digital, compliance and legal teams to deliver effective, accurate and accessible communications.Help evolve the OneMain brand and creative processes while maintaining consistency and a high standard of creative quality.What you bring5+ years of professional art direction and design experience, ideally across agency and/or in-house environments.A portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling and polished execution across multiple channels.Experience developing integrated campaigns, digital marketing, email and lifecycle communications.Strong command of typography, layout, imagery, composition, visual hierarchy and brand systems.The ability to develop distinct creative concepts, articulate the thinking behind them and carry an idea across a broader communication system.Experience using generative AI and AI-enabled creative tools for concept development, visual exploration and production, with sound judgment around brand standards, quality and appropriate use.Strong presentation, communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to simplify complex or regulated information.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma.Experience in motion design and video production preferred.Creative curiosity, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Location: Baltimore, MD hybrid schedule Who we AreOneMain Financial (NYSE: OMF) is the leader in offering nonprime customers responsible access to credit and is dedicated to improving the financial well-being of hardworking Americans.
