The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's creative output, including graphic design, branding, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and impactful solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of designers and creative professionals to develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives- Oversee the development of visual branding, marketing materials, and other creative assets for the company- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in all creative projects- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's creative output- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials- Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative campaigns and strategies to promote the company's services and brand- Monitor and analyze the performance of creative projects and make recommendations for improvement as needed- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of creative services- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's overall creative vision and strategyQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a construction or industrial services industry- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and campaigns- Excellent leadership and communication skills- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite- Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines- Knowledge of current design and marketing trends- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency- Experience with video production and animation is a plusWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
