Procurement Manager

Job Description

Ready to take the lead on purchasing and supplier relationships? We're looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee purchasing, vendor management, and product planning while helping keep inventory available, control costs, and improve margins.

This is a great opportunity for a strategic, analytical leader who enjoys negotiating, building supplier relationships, and making purchasing decisions that directly impact business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead purchasing for products, collectibles, supplies, packaging, and other company needs while balancing cost, quality, quantity, and availability
• Develop purchasing plans based on sales trends, inventory levels, product demand, upcoming releases, and business needs
• Create and manage purchase orders while monitoring deliveries, shortages, allocations, receiving issues, and supplier commitments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, distributors, and suppliers while negotiating pricing, terms, discounts, and purchasing opportunities
• Analyze pricing, margins, inventory levels, sales trends, and supplier performance to identify cost savings and improve purchasing decisions
• Partner with sales, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment, and leadership teams to coordinate product availability and purchasing priorities
• Develop procurement processes, reporting, and controls while leading and supporting the procurement team as it grows

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, inventory, distribution, or a related field
• Previous experience negotiating with vendors, distributors, or suppliers; management or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of purchasing, pricing, margins, inventory, and supplier management
• Strong analytical, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and purchasing, inventory, or ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
• Able to manage multiple suppliers, purchase orders, product releases, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; trading cards, collectibles, retail, e-commerce, or distribution experience strongly preferred
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 9 AM - 5 PM

Salary :

• $22 -$28/Hour
