Warehouse Executive

Job Responsibilities

· Handle goods receiving, put-away, storage, inbound and outbound movements, and inventory counting in line with warehouse procedures.

· Operate electric and diesel forklifts in accordance with safe operating procedures.

· Record warehouse transactions using ERP, WMS, Excel, or other warehouse management systems.

· Follow warehouse safety procedures and PPE requirements when handling goods and operating equipment.

Job Requirements

· Intermediate vocational qualification or higher.

· Valid forklift operating certificate and proficiency in operating electric and diesel forklifts.

· Experience with inbound and outbound operations, stock control, receiving, put-away, storage, and inventory counting.

· Ability to use computers, office software, and ERP, WMS, Excel, or other warehouse management systems.

· At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and forklift operation.

· Experience in the chemical industry is preferred.

· Responsible, diligent, and willing to work overtime or change shifts when needed.

· Basic knowledge of warehouse safety, PPE, and equipment care and maintenance, with strict adherence to safe operating procedures.

· Good communication and teamwork skills.
