Job Responsibilities

• Input customer and account information from source documents into computer systems within established timeframes.
• Compile, verify, and organize source data to ensure readiness for system entry.
• Review entered data to identify deficiencies or errors, correcting inconsistencies to guarantee accurate output.
• Establish and maintain effective filing systems, organizing documents and collecting information for future reference.
• Generate financial reports based on entered data to support departmental needs.
• Handle confidential financial information with the highest level of discretion and security.
• Collaborate with the finance team, Finance Manager, and other departments to maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data entry roles, preferably as a Data Entry Operator or within an Accounts Department; fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
• English language proficiency for effective communication.
• Foundational administrative capabilities to support departmental operations.
