Permanent OB Hospitalist Physician — OB/GYN Hospital-Employed

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN Physicians to join a growing OB Hospitalist program serving multiple hospitals across eastern North Carolina. This opportunity offers a flexible shift-based schedule, strong academic collaboration, and the ability to practice across a regional health system while supporting maternal care in community hospitals. Position Details:

• Job Type: Permanent
• Specialty: Obstetrics & Gynecology — OB Hospitalist
• Employment Model: Hospital-employed
• EMR: Epic
• Practice Environment: Privileges at multiple community hospitals and a tertiary academic medical center
• Collaboration with regional OB/GYN providers and academic faculty
• Support from a Level IV NICU and state-of-the-art children's hospital
• Advanced practice provider support available
• Integrated care model across a 9-hospital physician-led healthcare system
• Academic collaboration with a department that includes: General OB/GYN physicians Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists Reproductive Endocrinology Gynecologic Oncology Urogynecology Certified Nurse Midwives
• Schedule: 7 twenty-four-hour shifts per month OR 14 twelve-hour shifts per month 36 hours per quarter scheduled at the academic medical center to maintain clinical competency
• Travel stipend provided

Requirements:

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure
• Interest in hospital-based obstetric care
