Payroll Specialist Job Summary Pay: Competitive Schedule: Standard business hours (onsite) Responsibilities Process weekly payroll accurately and on time Manage timekeeping, including clock‑in/clock‑out and attendance tracking Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity Support payroll reporting and reconciliations Respond to payroll‑related inquiries with professionalism and confidentiality Partner with HR and Finance on payroll processes and related matters Qualifications 2–3 years of payroll experience required Experience with ADP Workforce Now / ADP Workforce Management required Experience processing weekly payroll Strong knowledge of time & attendance systems High attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
