Payroll Specialist

$65K-68K We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to accurately and efficiently process weekly payroll for 900 employees, ensure compliance, manage ADP software, and serve as key HR contact. Administer and process weekly and semi-monthly payrolls accurately and in compliance with laws. Submit weekly 401(k) contribution files and manage wage garnishments within the HRIS system. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end payroll reports, including W-2 and 1099 preparation. Monitor timekeeping systems, reconcile vacation/sick balances, and oversee weekly health insurance invoices. Support internal/external audits and resolve employee payroll, benefit, and deduction inquiries. High school diploma/GED required; BA/BS in HR, Accounting, or Business preferred. High proficiency in ADP Workforce Now and ADP Workforce Manager (Essential Time).
