Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and their families throughout the admissions journey, offering reassurance and guidance to enhance their experience.
- Manage the entire admissions process, facilitating seamless internal communication to optimize client engagement and satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate and clarify information for callers, clients, and families to ensure a clear understanding of our offerings.
- Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, effectively conveying the benefits of our programs and services.
- Maintain exceptional organizational skills, adapting to shifting priorities while consistently delivering outstanding client support.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed promptly, keeping electronic records accurate and current.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 2 years applicable experience in Behavioral Health field preferred.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Thursday-Sunday; In-Office Position.
Compensation for this role ranges from $22.00-$28.00 per hourdepending on education and experience.
