Project Manager -Salesforce

Responsibilities Manage end-to-end Salesforce project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, delivery) Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget Track project progress and provide regular status updates Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and technical teams Coordinate cross-functional teams: Developers, Administrators, QA engineers, Architects Remove blockers and ensure team productivity Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing processes Oversee UAT, release management, and deployment cycles Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and governance Drive DevOps and CI/CD practices Maintain documentation for solution design and processes Qualifications 15–20 years of IT experience, 8+ years in Salesforce project delivery or technical leadership roles Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Strong planning, estimation, and risk management skills Familiarity with Jira / Azure DevOps / MS Project Excellent communication and stakeholder management Leadership and decision‑making skills Problem‑solving mindset Preferred certification PMP / PRINCE2 / Certified Scrum Master (CSM) / SAFe Experience with multi‑cloud Salesforce implementations and Agentforce Delivery experience Education Qualifications: BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE Salary Range $110,000–$130,000 a year #J-18808-Ljbffr Tata Consultancy Services
