Requirements:

• • Greet patients, retrieve patient files from cabinets, and check for physician examination or treatment records.
  • Move patients through a predetermined schedule of appointments in office.
  • Answer patient inquiries or refer questions to other staff members.
  • Schedule appointments for physicians and physician assistants.
  • Assist patients with insurance papers and billing questions.
  • Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
  • Open and sort all office mail, and deliver outgoing mail to a post office at the end of the day.

• This is a full time permanent position.
• Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.
