Real Estate Associate

We are seeking a Business Real Estate Litigation Associate to join a sophisticated litigation practice handling a diverse range of commercial and real property disputes. This role is ideal for an attorney who thrives in a fast paced environment, manages complex matters independently, and is looking for a long term platform with meaningful responsibility and growth potential. The position offers a flexible hybrid schedule and a 1550 billable hour requirement. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of business and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and substantive litigation documents Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and oral argument as needed Collaborate with partners and clients on litigation strategy and case evaluation Handle case development including written discovery and factual investigation Required Qualifications 5+ years of litigation experience Strong written and oral advocacy skills Experience managing cases independently Ability to handle a substantial and diverse caseload Excellent organizational and client communication skills This role offers strong autonomy, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to work on complex commercial and real estate disputes within a collaborative environment.
