• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Coordinate with dealership service departments and manufacturers to resolve any warranty discrepancies or issues.
• Maintain detailed and organized warranty records and documentation.
• Review warranty parts orders and coordinate with service technicians and parts department.
• Communicate effectively with all internal departments to support warranty and service operations.
• Assist with warranty audits and reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Proven dealer experience in automotive warranty processing or related administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive warranty policies and procedures.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities * Process and submit manufacturer warranty claims accurately and on time. * Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation and warranty compliance. * Track warranty claims, payments, and outstanding submissions. * Follow up on rejected, unpaid, or adjusted warranty claims. * Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure accurate claim processing. * Maintain organized warranty records and supporting documentation. * Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty policies and procedures. * Assist with warranty audits and reconciliation of warranty receivables. * Identify opportunities to improve warranty processing efficiency.
