Strategic Role: Transform how tax professionals interact with technology by designing seamless integrations between legacy systems and modern automation. Your expertise in tax software implementation will directly shape product development, ensuring our platform addresses real-world workflow challenges.
Core Responsibilities:
Integration Architecture: Design sophisticated integrations with CCH Axcess, GoSystem, ProSystem, and Thomson Reuters, creating unified workflows that eliminate manual data transfer
Change Management: Lead transformation initiatives at accounting firms, developing training programs and adoption strategies that ensure successful technology implementation
Technical Translation: Serve as the critical bridge between tax professionals and engineering teams, translating complex workflow requirements into technical specifications
Market Intelligence: Analyze competitive landscape and emerging tax technology trends to inform strategic product decisions
5+ years implementing tax solutions across multiple firms, with expertise in major platforms
Deep understanding of why tax professionals resist new software, with proven strategies for overcoming adoption challenges
Experience with API integrations, data mapping, and workflow automation tools
Established relationships with tax technology vendors and implementation partners
