Job Summary: We are seeking a customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our team. If you excel at helping people, staying organized, and communicating clearly, we can teach you the automotive side. The day-to-day duties of this role include meeting with customers and determining their needs, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing quality control. Prior dealership or service advisor experience is not required; we provide full training.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues accurately
• Communicate recommended services in a clear, honest, and professional manner
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle repairs
• Maintain strong follow‑up and keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Build positive relationships that encourage repeat business

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid commercial driver’s license & clean driving record
• Strong customer service background (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Willingness to learn automotive systems and processes
