Job Overview


The Procurement Analyst is a key member of the Procurement Excellence (PX) team, supporting the transformation to a center-led, AI-driven procurement model. This role sits at the intersection of data, process, and performance, enabling speed, consistency, and value creation across procurement functions through analytics, reporting, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity and alignment across procurement systems, platforms, and datasets
  
  
  
• Perform part-level, spend, and supplier performance analysis to support strategic decision-making
  
  
  
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that translate data into actionable insights
  
  
  
• Support global contract analysis and ensure data accuracy, visibility, and accountability
  
  
  
• Contribute to spend taxonomy development, categorization, and ongoing data governance
  
  
  
• Track procurement KPIs, savings pipelines, and value creation metrics across categories
  
  
  
• Support procurement transformation initiatives including data standardization and governance frameworks
  
  
  
• Document processes and assist in evaluating and scaling AI-enabled procurement tools (RFx, contract analysis, automation)
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or analytical roles

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformational environment
  
  
  
• Experience with supplier performance management or contract analytics
  
  
  
• Familiarity with spend analysis tools and procurement data governance practices
  
  
  
• Exposure to AI-driven procurement tools or automation workflows
  
  
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
  
  
  

Travel & Work Arrangements


This position will be based in Davidson, NC with a hybrid work arrangement. Minimal travel expected.
