Personal Lines Insurance Specialist Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of personal lines insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining accurate policy documentation. Compensation Package Base Salary: $55,000-$70,000 (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Responsibilities Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements with accuracy and efficiency. Issue certificates, ID cards, binders, and other policy-related documents. Assist clients with billing inquiries, payments, and past-due notices. Gather necessary information to prepare quotes for home, auto, renters, umbrella, recreational vehicle, and other personal lines insurance products. Support the renewal process by updating client information and preparing renewal documentation. Utilize EZLynx software to manage and maintain client records and policy details. Qualifications/Requirements Prior experience in the insurance industry is required; this position is not open to entry-level candidates. Familiarity with personal lines insurance products, including home, auto, renters, umbrella, and recreational vehicles. Proficiency in using EZLynx software or similar insurance management platforms. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
