Location: Frisco, Texas _Onsite
Full-time Role Experience Level: 8 – 15 years We are looking for candidates from Big 5 Consulting firms. Key requirements include:
- 10–15 years of progressive finance, accounting, and controllership experience no more than 15 years.
- CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional qualification
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, financial reporting, internal controls, and regulatory compliance
- Experience working within a multinational organization
- Experience managing audits, tax compliance, treasury, revenue recognition, and complex accounting matters
- Technology, engineering services, consulting, or professional-services industry experience preferred
- Experience supporting acquisitions and post-acquisition integration is desirable
