Financial Reporting Manager

IntraHealth Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Financial Reporting Manager to support executive decision-making through financial reporting, forecasting, and business analytics. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining financial reports, forecasts, pro formas, and performance dashboards across the organization and affiliated client companies.

The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with exceptional data analysis skills and has experience working with complex healthcare data. This position collaborates closely with Finance, Operations, Information Technology, and Executive Leadership to provide meaningful insights that drive business performance and strategic growth.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and distribute monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc financial reports for executive leadership and key stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models for income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
• Create financial analyses and pro formas to support new physician recruitment, service lines, and location expansions.
• Produce reporting packages and presentations for monthly operations meetings and executive review.
• Analyze large data sets from multiple systems, including financial, clinical, and operational platforms.
• Partner with operational departments and Information Technology teams to identify and resolve data integrity issues.
• Review and maintain financial data mappings and reporting structures to ensure accurate reporting.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, dashboards, and statistical reporting packages.
• Support strategic planning, budgeting, and decision-support initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and organizational information.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, business intelligence, or decision support, preferably within healthcare.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
• Experience working with financial and reporting platforms such as Great Plains, Tableau, Power BI, EPIC, budgeting, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days in office.
