Financial Planning BA

Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of a new financial planning tool. This role requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as the consultant will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders. Key requirements:

7+ years of experience
Strong FP&A background (financial domain required)
Experience with financial planning tools (SAP FM, CO, BPC or similar preferred)
Agile experience (SAFe a plus)
Proven ability to interact with senior executives
A+ communicator — strong written and verbal skills are the top priority

This role is focused more on stakeholder engagement and financial process expertise than deep technical development.
