They are skilled at protecting development teams from external distractions, removing impediments, and fostering a safe, trusting environment where team members can openly raise concerns without fear of blame. Their approach emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and team empowerment, enabling teams to become self-organized and accountable. They facilitate key Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while promoting transparency and effective communication across stakeholders.
