JOB DETAILS:
- Shift: 12 hours between 0615-2000 (Start times 0615 or 0800)
- Weekend REQ: Yes, 1 - 24 hour weekend call per month
- Floating REQ: Yes
- On-Call REQ: YES - approximately 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend day per month. Weekend call is 24 hours. Weeknight call is 6:45 pm to 6:15 am. 
- Pending license: NO, must be active at time of submission 
- NO SCHEDULING REQUESTS CAN BE ACCOMMODATED.
