Koko’s on the Pier is looking for a Restaurant Manager who knows that great hospitality is about more than what’s on the plate — it’s about the people, the energy, and the experience. As a Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead daily operations, coach team members, and deliver exceptional guest experiences while supporting the General Manager. LOCATION: 1 Arctic Avenue Folly Beach, SC SALARY: $60,000 - 65,000 / per year (with annual bonus opportunities)

Coach, train, and motivate team members to provide outstanding guest service. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally. Ensure food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and sanitation are maintained. Assist with scheduling, inventory, labor management, and daily administrative tasks. Support hiring, onboarding, and employee development. Help drive sales, productivity, and overall restaurant performance. Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. What We're Looking For: 2+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent guest service and team-building abilities. Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
