If the computer says we have an item, but it isn’t physically on the shelf, the customer experience breaks down. This is where the Inventory Control and Quality Assurance (ICQA) team steps in. As an Inventory Control Associate, you are the auditor of the warehouse. You will play detective, searching adjacent bins, auditing recent stow records, and physically hunting down the lost inventory before the customer order is delayed. Safety & Quality Audits: You will routinely inspect the robotic pods for quality defects, such as overstuffed bins that could fall and jam the robots, or hazardous materials (like cleaning chemicals) that are improperly stored next to food products.
